This is a full disk image of the sun on Sunday, August 11, 2024. The large sunspot region 3780 is clearly visible near the center of the solar disk, as well as 3784 near the top left. The sun was shot using Baader AstroSolar Film in white light. However, I slightly adjusted the color to make the sun appear more orange, as we are accustomed to seing in photographs. Other minor adjustments were made to further sharpen the sunspot's details, such as texture and clarity.
