This is a full disk image of the sun on Sunday, July 28, 2024. The large sunspot region 3765 is clearly visible near the center of the solar disk. The sun was shot using Baader AstroSolar Film in white light. However, I slightly adjusted the color to make the sun appear more orange, as we are accustomed to seing in photographs. Other minor adjustments were made to further sharpen the sunspot's details, such as texture and clarity.
