Totality
Bailey's Beads Composite - Horizontal Orientation
Description
This is a composite of the C2 and C3 Bailey's Beads sequences. Unlike the other beads composite, this one has been rotated to make the image more visually pleasing and uniform, by making everything align horizontally. C2 is on the left, and C3 is on the right. The reason for C3 having a much larger glare is because a thin cirrus cloud layer moved in front of totality right near the end, making shooting conditions more hazy. Minimal editing has been done, with the only adjustments being exposure, contrast, shadows, noise reduction, etc.
